Advanced Fitness & Wellness Center is designed to facilitate success in each individual.

It all begins with your motivation and willingness to begin on the road to optimal performance and health. Sitting down with one of our highly experienced and trained professionals will help determine your goals and start you on the road to health and fitness. Our fitness center gym is located near Wayne, NJ and surrounding areas, such as Kinnelon, Butler and more.

Personal Training

Personal Training is a dedicated training session with a trained and experienced professional. You will be tested, measured and pushed to attain your goals in a safe and effective way. We use the latest research driven techniques to promote health and fitness to bring out the best YOU. Note: This is not included in our monthly membership. Our training packages range from $65-$90 per session. Single sessions are $90, a package of 5 is $80 per session, a package of 10 is $75 per session and a 20 session package is $65 per session.

Elite Athlete Training

A place where the athlete can come to get the best and most experienced professionals who are well known in their field to push you towards your performance goals. This specialized training is unmatched in the area. This center puts all its resources into your optimal performance.

Group Training

Imagine a personal training session with a small group of friends or fitness partners that have the same goals you do. A group training session is optimal because your small group begins to push and support each other towards success. A fun and challenging way to attain your fitness goals. Note: This is not included in our monthly membership. Prices range from $120-$225 per session with a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 5.

Speed & Agility Training

Whether it is an individual, small group or team, speed and agility training is the single most important way to improve your performance. A highly skilled professional will assess and correct technique as well as find weaknesses to prevent injury, as you reach your goals. You will finish this program a better athlete with an arsenal of knowledge to help you excel at your sport.

Fitness Classes

If fitness classes are what you enjoy then let these experienced instructors push you to new limits. A variety of classes held daily will give you the desire to get to the gym and get in the game. Classes such as yoga, spin and TRX are offered regularly.

Return-to-Play and Concussion Return-to-Play

These programs are designed for the athlete post-injury that is ready to begin sport specific training in the process of returning to full play. Each athlete is assessed and works directly with a certified athletic trainer in sport specific gradual progress of strength, agility, flexibility, and speed training. For athletes who have suffered a concussion, the athlete will begin a graduated individualized return-to-play protocol supervised by a licensed athletic trainer. Note: This is not included in our monthly membership. This evaluation is $225.

One-On-One Boxing Sessions

Prefer one-on-one, intense training? Go toe-to-toe with a our personal trainer! Our trainer will help you reach your fitness goals after assessing your fitness level and skills and will develop a program that’s just right for you. Our trainer will motivate you and push you to do better every time. With every kick and punch, you’ll be knocking down pounds and inches on your way to getting in the best shape of your life.
