Jamie received her Masters Degree from the University of New Hampshire in 2006. For more than 15 years, she’s worked in a clinical setting, building on her extensive experience with children of all ages and abilities. Jamie provides occupational therapy services for children with Autism, ADHD, hypotonia, cognitive delays, anxiety and behavioral disorders, developmental delays, cerebral palsy, rare genetic syndromes, sensory processing difficulties, fine motor delays, among many other diagnoses.
Jamie has advanced training in sensory integration theory, vestibular rehabilitation, treating children with autism spectrum disorders, attention deficit disorder, social anxiety disorders & pediatric aquatic therapy. She is certified in the Angelfish Swim Methodology for providing top notch aquatic therapy for children with a variety of diagnoses. She has a broad range of experience working with children with behavioral, emotional and sensory related self-regulation difficulties and implementing the Alert Program & The Zones of Regulation. Jamie is certified in the Therapeutic Listening Program and also for administering the Sensory Integration and Praxis Test (SIPT). She is trained in Rhythmic Movement Training for integration of retained primary reflexes as well as the SOS Approach to Feeding, with a specialty in feeding and nutrition. Jamie also offers direct feeding therapy for her patients.
When she isn’t at the office, Jamie is spending time with her husband and 2 boys, or you can find her hiking and running.
