Biography:

Jenn’s journey started when she decided “she was tired of being tired”. As a busy mom of 4 children who had put her legal career on hold, she forgot to take care of her health. She started a journey to feel better & on her path she lost 85 pounds and discovered a love for cycling & fitness classes. Today she is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Spin Instructor and runs small group training classes like boxing and HIIT. She completed her certificate as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist, offering nutrition coaching & workshops and currently is studying to become a Senior Fitness Specialist. Her experience includes training clients with MS, fibromyalgia & knee replacements and her clients range from 16 to 76 years young. Jenn encourages her clients to be committed and work hard but to also find a healthy balance. Outside of the gym, Jenn enjoys traveling, bike & obstacle mud run events and spending time with her husband & 4 teenagers.
