Jenn believes you can do anything you are willing to work for. She meets clients where they are, focuses on good form and creates dynamic programs to help them on their fitness journey. Jenn’s own journey took her from an intimidated gym member to fitness instructor and transformed her lifestyle by moving more and eating better, which helped her achieve significant weight loss (nearly 100 pounds!). Her Small Group Training classes include boxing, HIIT and a new class she designed called Spin Fusion- a combination of cycling with strength training intervals. She offers both in person and remote sessions for her clients. Jenn’s certifications include ACE Personal Training, NASM Group Fitness Instructor, Madd Dog Spin Instructor and ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
