Dear Patients,
It has been my distinct honor to be a part of your lives and provide your healthcare needs. I have always considered my patients part of my family and I want to thank each of you with all sincerity for the trust and faith you have given me over the years. Your loyalty means more than words can express. I have really looked forward to coming to work each day to be there for you, help each of you achieve your goals or just simply decrease pain and return you to whatever you needed to do each day.
As many of you are aware, I have spent my professional career attaining and teaching the skills of sports chiropractic. I have traveled around the globe experiencing many different cultures and have taught the knowledge I have attained to many different doctors. My mission has been to elevate the care that athletes of all levels receive. I have been fortunate to have traveled as medical staff with such teams as TEAM USA Track and Field, World Games, and Austrian Bobsleigh/Skeleton teams to name a few.
However, most recently I have been fortunate to have been offered an opportunity to work exclusively with men’s gymnastics. This is a great opportunity to work with elite athletes in the care and prevention of injury. This is an amazing and exciting opportunity however, it does have a small drawback. This position does require me to relocate. It is with great sadness, but with excitement, that I will be moving on from Advanced Sports Medicine and relocating to work exclusively with the team. December 23rd will be my official last day at Advanced Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy Center.
I wanted to express my deepest gratitude for so many years of being a part of your healthcare team. It has truly been my greatest joy. I will remember and miss each of you, your families and all the times we shared over the years.
Dr. Kevin Pavlak and Nicole Baisley are the new owners of the center and will be there to provide you with the care you may need.
